We should often do deep cleaning of the living room in our house to upgrade its visual appeal. In this 15-minute cleanup, you have to give a look at all the items in your living room. There would be some items that are outdated and you do not want to have them anymore. You should start removing unwanted things. This will help you to get rid of the clutter and make your room feel spacious.

2. Do Dusting of Tables and Corners
After removing the clutter, you should clean the dust collected over the table, corners, windows, and all other surfaces. You should clean the walls and ceiling as well. Remove all frames and photographs from the walls. Then take a clean cloth and use it to remove the dust accumulated over them. But, make sure that you carefully handle all the frames and art. If you observe any spot or stain over your couches or chair, then take a detergent solution and sponge. Dip the sponge in this solution and use it to clean the dirty spot.
7. Dust down Bookshelves
If there is a bookshelf in your living room, then clean all it shelves properly. First of all, remove the books, and then remove the dust with the help of a vacuum cleaner’s attachment. In case the collection of the books is overflowing, then you should sell or donate a few of them. Overflowing books in your bookshelves will make your living room appear cluttered.
8. Dust & clean the carpets and rugs
Most living rooms have carpets and rugs! The good looking carpet can make your living room look classy. The soiled rugs and carpets will not just leave the bad impression of your home visitors but also pollute the indoor atmosphere of your house. You can clean it with a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment.
If your carpet is lightly soiled, then you just need to remove the dirt with a vacuum cleaner and remove the stains with a clean solution. Along with rugs and carpets, you should also wipe down the inside and outside doormats.
